Does AI decide what gets ordered?
No. On WhatsApp, AI only reads the quantities and product words in the message. Enoki matches them to the supplier's products and prices, and nothing is ordered until the customer replies YES.
Which AI assistants work with Enoki?
Enoki uses the open Model Context Protocol (MCP), so ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants that support it can connect. AI assistants are in preview while we finish testing with each one.
What can an assistant see?
Only what your own account can see in your workspace. You sign in to connect it, and you can disconnect it any time under Connected apps on the web or in the app.
Can an assistant change my prices or products by itself?
No. It prepares the change, you review it in Enoki, and it is applied only when you approve. If something changed in the meantime, the assistant has to prepare it again.
Can I automate things with my assistant?
Yes, where your assistant can run scheduled tasks. For example, a Monday task can prepare this week's price changes for you to review, or a daily one can summarise pending orders. Changes still wait for your approval in Enoki.
Can you build a workflow for us?
